This Privacy Policy explains what A2O Lite AI collects, why it is used and how to contact us about privacy questions. By using the service, you acknowledge this policy.
1. Information we receive
- account details such as your name, email address and authentication records;
- photos, descriptions, settings and other inputs you choose to upload or submit;
- generated videos, thumbnails, job status and technical error information;
- purchase and payment status supplied by Waffo Pancake, such as order and product identifiers;
- device, browser, security and basic usage information needed to operate the website.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card number through the website. Payment details are handled by the payment processor shown at checkout.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate you and provide the video-generation service;
- process your uploads and store generated videos for the periods described below;
- process purchases, credit balances, refunds and payment support;
- run security, abuse prevention, content review and troubleshooting;
- respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
We use service providers to operate the product. Waffo Pancake processes checkout and payment events. Kie.ai processes your uploaded photos and other generation inputs to create your requested video using ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 model. Waffo Prompt Sift checks text instructions before generation. Cloud storage infrastructure may store uploaded assets and generated files so the service can deliver them. These providers receive only the information needed for the relevant operation and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Photos and generated videos
Upload a real person's photo only when you are that person or have their clear permission to use the photo for AI video generation. Every real person shown must be 18 or older and must not be a public figure. Do not upload sensitive images or information that is not needed for your video.
- Uploaded photos. We delete original uploaded photos from our storage after the associated generation completes, fails or is cancelled. Photos uploaded without starting a generation are set to expire after two days; storage-provider cleanup may take additional time.
- Generated videos. Your finished video is available to watch and download for 30 days after generation completes. Download it within that time to keep your own copy. Access ends after that period and stored files are scheduled for deletion; storage-provider cleanup may take additional time.
- AI training. A2O Lite AI does not use your uploaded photos, prompts or generated videos to train its own AI models. Third-party AI services handle generation inputs under their own terms and privacy practices, including their retention and model-training rules.
These storage periods describe content held by A2O Lite AI. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices to inputs they process. We may retain limited account, transaction and technical records for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance. To ask about or request deletion of account content, contact support@a2oliteai.net. We verify requests as described below.
5. Sharing and security
Your account content is used to provide the service and is not sold as an advertising list. We use access controls, signed storage links and server-side credentials to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your account password private and report suspected misuse promptly.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses necessary cookies or similar storage for authentication, preferences and secure operation. We use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as account creation, checkout, confirmed purchases, video creation and download requests. Purchase events include an order identifier, pack, amount and currency. We do not send your name, email, uploaded photos, prompts or generated video links in these custom events. Your browser settings can limit cookies, although some account features may then stop working.
7. Your choices
You may contact us to ask what account information is held, correct inaccurate information or request deletion where applicable. We may need to retain limited records for security, accounting, dispute handling or legal requirements. We will verify requests using the account email or other reasonable account information before making changes.
