These Terms of Service govern your use of A2O Lite AI, a service that turns two user-provided photos into a short AI-generated dance video. By creating an account, uploading content, purchasing a video pack or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and use the service only as allowed by law. You are responsible for activity on your account. The service is intended for adults and is not designed for children to use independently.
2. Photos and permission
You may upload only photos and other content that you have the right to use. A photo showing a real person may be used only if that person is 18 or older, is not a public figure, and is either you or has consented to appear in an AI-generated video. By creating a video, you confirm that these requirements are met for every real person in your uploaded photos. Do not upload a person's image to embarrass, threaten, deceive or impersonate them.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give A2O Lite AI the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit and display that content to provide the requested service, keep the service secure and handle support requests. You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use A2O Lite AI to request, create, upload, share or promote:
- pornography, explicit sexual content or other adult/NSFW sexual material;
- violence, graphic injury, gore or instructions to harm someone;
- content that promotes hatred or dehumanizes people based on a protected characteristic;
- child sexual abuse material or any sexualized or unsafe content involving a minor;
- deepfakes, face swaps, nudification, impersonation or deceptive synthetic media of a real person;
- content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other third-party rights.
We may reject a request, remove content, suspend or close an account, limit access, and cooperate with lawful requests when we believe these rules or the law may have been broken. We do not promise that an AI result will be accurate, appropriate or suitable for every use.
4. Content review and reporting
Before a generation request is sent to the video model, A2O Lite AI sends the final text instructions to Waffo's Prompt Sift content-safety service. Only an allowed result proceeds to generation; requests requiring review or blocked by that service are stopped. We may also review generated results, respond to reports and remove content that violates these terms.
To report suspected illegal, abusive or infringing content, contact support@a2oliteai.net. Include the relevant page or account details and a short explanation so we can investigate. Do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed to identify the report.
5. Purchases and credits
Video packs are one-time purchases in USD and are processed by Waffo Pancake. A successful purchase adds the stated number of video credits to your account. Each 480p video costs 10 credits and each 720p video costs 20 credits. Failed or cancelled generations return the credits spent on that attempt. Purchases are final and non-refundable, and video credits do not expire. For payment or tax questions, contact support@a2oliteai.net.
Generated videos are available to watch and download for 30 days after generation completes. Download your video within that time to keep your own copy. Access ends after that period and stored files are scheduled for deletion. This storage period does not change the validity of unused video credits.
6. AI results and third-party services
Videos are generated using ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 model through Kie.ai's third-party video-generation service. Results can contain errors, unexpected details or likeness differences. Review a video before downloading or sharing it. You are responsible for how you use and publish a result.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or discontinue features, templates or limits. We may update these terms when the service changes or when required for legal or operational reasons. The updated date above shows when the current version was published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
